Veneers are considered one of the most aesthetic restorations for a front tooth that needs restoration and enhancement.
Our porcelain veneers are shaped and created with care for each patient looking to reinvent their smile.
How Will Veneers Benefit Me?
- Cover chips and cracks.
- Improve the shade of individual teeth.
- Suitable when teeth whitening will not work (such as on a previously infected tooth).
- Custom-made in the image of your smile and face.
- Excellent natural outcome.
What Will My Veneer Be Made Of?
Our veneers are made from porcelain, a premium material in dentistry. Why? Because it’s one of the materials that mimics tooth enamel the most. Your new tooth will look completely authentic amongst your existing teeth and be shaped to fit effortlessly in as part of your smile.
Do I Need a Veneer?
Veneers are an elective treatment; therefore, they are unavailable on the NHS. We recommend veneers for patient who are unhappy with the appearance of their smile. Cosmetic restorations like veneers can have a fantastic impact on your confidence, reversing habits like covering your mouth in public.
If you want to restore individual teeth but are looking for a more conservative and straightforward treatment, cosmetic bonding may be more suitable. We recommend this as an entry-level treatment before veneers.
How Durable Are Veneers?
Veneers last longer than composite bonding treatment. Their lifespan can be in the region of 10 to 15 years if they are looked after correctly. The porcelain layers of your veneers are highly stain-resistant, so if you enjoy teeth-staining drinks, veneers may be preferable to composite bonding (composite resin stains much more readily than porcelain).
