Lovely surgery. Very welcoming. Appointments on time and the surgery is spotlessly clean. My dentist is very professional and explains everything clearly, and I love having a nice view while I'm having my treatments!

2nd visit to this dentist. only went for a check up but ended up having 3 fillings re -capped. All done on the same visit with everything fully explained. A painless and most professional experience. So much better than my previous dentist.

All three brothers at this practice are friendly and professional, they inspire confidence and put you at ease and I have always been very pleased with work done and advice offered. The receptionist and dental nurse are lovely friendly girls also. Definitely recommend this dental practice.

Excellent treatment by dentist. I hope she stays. Since Covid, the Springfield Dental Practice has had a few locum dentists who have been rather cursory in their approach, simply going through the motions. However, my last two visits have been very satisfactory and I hope the two new dentists remain at the practice. I know how difficult it must be to attract new dentists to the area and this is not a criticism of the practice itself.

This was my first check up with a new dentist. I had previously been with the Springfield surgery for about 40 years! I can't find a record of his name, but the new dentist was very pleasant and my check up went smoothly.

Brilliant dentist, my visit went really well and despite being nervous coming in given my rrecent move, it was a comfortable, friendly and welcoming environment which immediately put me at ease. My dentist was the perfect blend of personable-proffessional who took the approach to my treatment and well-being during the procedure extremely to heart and always ensured I understood what was happening, why and how I was feeling throughout. The nurses were so lovely and attentive also and I appreciated the extra efforts it seemed they were making to ensure my comfort which was taken without me even asking. I have a follow up procedure, and I am actually looking forward to going back, seeing everyone and knowing that my tooth issues shall be gone. Very, extremely satisfied with this dentist.

Excellent hygienist. I am literally scared to have any treatment due to ultra sensitive teeth and gums. However, we worked out a plan and I agreed to have injections to ease the intense pain I would normally go through.It's never a pleasant experience going to the dentist for me, but they made me feel relaxed and calmed me down. Kept checking to make sure I was ok and generally showed a lot of care.I would recommend this dentist.

Went in for routine hygienist clean. Some discomfort to begin with but was subsequently offered injections to numb the area. After that it was pretty plain sailing. Little 'customer interaction' but the work was good and I came away with nicely polished teeth. Overall, apart from the occasional wince I am a happy camper. Have been with the surgery a handfull of years so no reason to move on just yet. For implants etc I will need to look elsewhere however as they do not cover this type of work.

Our dentist Mahyar Shakibpour was very friendly and informative. She explained everything and made us feel reassured. We feel satisfied as a family that we can book appointments with ease. The surgery is clean and the rest of the team are friendly too.

Would highly recommend this dental practice! I used to have a massive phobia of the dentist and since signing up with these, my phobia is 90% gone. They are kind, respectful and help you through anything you need, even the receptionist’s. Which I’ve noticed is not always the case at other places. My dentist is the sweetest lady, I adore her. If you have a phobia. Definitely consider Springfield!

I can not recommend highly enough the dentist I was seen by on the last couple of visits I have had to attend over the last 2 weeks. Kind, caring and understanding.Despite needing to go back due to pain and calling on the day I was seen straight away and not left in pain. I felt I was listened to and never felt rushed during my appointments. If only all dentist practices operated this way.

Excellent attention by Mr. Cramp. The whole process was literally painless, and not even an ache upon "thawing out" following tooth extraction. If you really have to loose a tooth, this is the go to place..All the staff are excellent.The only dental practice that I trust, and in my 72 years, I have seen quite a few :)

Excellent dentist. From arrival at reception throughout my dental appointment and through to leaving I was treated with respect and kindness. I am very pleased with the treatment I received and Mr Shakibpour was considerate and understanding of my dental and needle phobia. I felt at ease and I am not fearful of future appointments here. I’m glad me and my children are lucky enough to have found a fantastic dental team.

I visited this practice as an nhs emergency patient, they went above and beyond the emergency with my treatment , I saw 2 very kind dentists including the equally lovely nurses , how lucky anyone is who is registered here , I hope you appreciate them as I can’t find a dentist to register with

I was lucky to find the Springfield Dental Practice and registered as an NHS patient. My appointment was arranged with Mr Kim had a check up and xrays all staff very friendly and I felt at ease during my visit. I would highly recommend this practice.

I took myself and a family of 4 to Springfield Dental care for the first time last Friday. It was a very pleasant experience. They found us an appointment at a convenient time, there was no waiting around and they let us go in 1 after another, so totally efficient. They sent us the forms we needed to complete in ample time in advance so didn't overwhelm us with paperwork once there. The dentist showed good understanding of my wife, my own and my childrens different dental needs. There was good advice without any pressure, we all felt very comfortable. We will be returning for our regular check-ups ! Thankyou Springfield.

Having only moved here a few weeks ago I was delighted that they accepted me as an NHS patient.I suddenly developed an abscess a few days ago, called this morning and was offered an appointment at 12pm today.Was seen by a lovely dentist, receptionist was friendly, fascilities clean and tidy, very good first impression.
