Farshad and Wendy have been brilliant! Every visit has been a delight, they always have smiles on their faces and they make you feel comfortable, which for someone like me who has always had a fear of going to the dentist, is so important. I have had many fillings over the last couple of months, all of which have been efficient and done to a high standard. Couldn’t recommend this practice high enough.

I was in extreme pain and had an emergency appointment. Front of house staff were cheerful and welcoming, and Mani who treated me was very kind and reassuring, as was his assistant, I was quite distressed. Treatment was quick and efficient and within the hour I was pain free. Thank you.

Excellent service today and also last Tuesday from your dentist Farshad. He certainly went the extra mile to sort out my broken tooth and get a replacement in a 2 days. I couldn't have asked for more care particular as I am on blood thinners.

The staff are very respectful and treated me with care. My dentist informed me every step of the way which allowed me to make an informed choice.The work which was completed on my front tooth (small part of my K9 chipped off) was done of the best work I have had done. I highly recommend this dental practice.

My husband and I, have had a fantastic experience, with the Dentist Farshad and dental nurse Wendy.I felt the care and support making the right decision for the dental work, I needed, due to incorrect work, from another dentist practice. Was outstanding, I highly recommended them both and am grateful.I wish we had taken a before and after picture. I have suffered mentally with issues, with this tooth.I cried with happiness due to the care and wonderful work, thank you both, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No one likes going to the dentist as far as I know hence the 4 stars, but they have done a good job on my rather neglected teeth.I had an extraction which was painful because the jaw had a very bad infection and a deep clean which left my teeth cleaner than they have been for many years.Their equipment is up to date and very good and they listen to their patients.

Receptionists are always polite and helpful. The hygienist, when I saw her was pleasant and thorough, and my dentist ( Caroline), is amazing. She is so caring and helpful. She explains everything and comes up with solutions to problems. It's a shame she didn't join Flint House years ago as I feel the outcome for my teeth would have been far better than that under the pre covid ownership. We are lucky to have a dentist at all at the moment, and especially lucky to have Caroline.

All the receptionists are very friendly and helpful here .I am so scared of the dentist with past bad experiences. My dental nurse has been fab. She has kept me calm and lots of reassurance given. And weve had a few laughs. My Dentist Sayedfarshad has done amazing work on all my dental care. I've recently had teeth removed and a bridge put in .He has kept me calm,very gentle great sense of humour and has explained all the dental treatment to me .would definitely (and have done ) recommend rhe dental practice 👌 😀 👍

Dr Mani is a credit to the surgery. I had an emergency appointment and he quickly diagnosed and resolved.. he went through my options and explained in detail. He removed my tooth with ease and I felt instant relief. Something I find really scary felt really easy so thank you! He also referred me for further treatment.

This was my first appointment with Caroline. She was very thorough and explained the treatment plan very clearly. Caroline performed the treatment with expertise and great consideration to the way tooth looks. I am very happy.

We joined this practice just over a year ago, we have had great service from the reception team. Our newly appointed dentist is very kind and caring explaining our options. Having agreed for a tooth to be removed, we had been working on to save. It was removed and I didn't even notice it had been extracted. Great work!! Please stay. Kevin and Tracy. Thank you all.

I've had many a dentist over the last 47 years, some of them good, some of them great. My dentist at Flint House is outstanding! Thorough, methodical, precise, knowledgeable, informative, and open to any and all questions you may have. This all balanced out with the most friendly and approachable bedside manner. The quintessence of dental professionalism. Supported by friendly and helpful dental nurses and receptionists, I highly recommend Flint House Dental Practice.

Wonderful small practice. Registered me at short notice, sorted my issue within a day. All staff were so helpful, and both dentist and hygeinist were really active in explaining what they were doing, my options, and recommendations for the future. Highly recommended

I have been a regular patient at this dental practice for around 30 years since moving to the area. I hate change, so have always felt anxious when seeing new dentists.The whole team currently here are really lovely, kind & professional. I recently had to have a crown fitted. I was petrified to say the least, as had never even had an injection in my gums. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were chatting & reassuring me. Dr. Farshad explained exactly what he would be doing in a very caring manor. He took his time & was so kind & gentle. Wendy, who has always been my favourite nurse, was as always amazing. The two of them are such a great team & (for me) I was relaxed & confident that I was in safe hands.Thank you to you all for your fantastic service x

Such a friendly welcome at flint house that we almost look forward to visiting.Sayed Farshad and Wendy are a great team who together take care of our dental needs in a most professional, expert and caring manner. They are kind and personable allowing space to discuss procedures, consider options and offer breaks when treatment is lengthy. No feeling of being rushed in and out and even humour is incorporated.Farshad’s work is excellent and he clearly takes pride in his work. He offers suggestions/solutions without pressure.Highly recommend this practice.

On my first visit, I though it seemed a little chaotic, but my experience was anything but. The treatment was effective and compassionate. On subsequent visits I have found the same. These dentists and the supporting staff are fantasic. None of us like going, but this is probably as good as it gets. Thank you Flint House.

Very impressed with the practice from every aspect. My experience to date as a new NHS patient has been second to none and I would definitely recommend Flinthouse Dental Practice.Further to this review: 01/11/23I have had to undergo some very intensive root canal treatment that has taken a great deal of care and patience by both dentists in the practice. I am very grateful to them for the treatment I have received so far, as not only has it been pain free, but I have also had every stage clearly explained to me and been given options and pricing to allow me to make informed decisions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Flinthouse dental practice.

Just moved to the area and was a bit nervous having just left a really good dentist, and knowing how hard they can be to find. Caroline was so friendly, welcoming and talked me through everything she was doing to put my mind at ease. It was the most thorough check up I think i've ever had, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Great surgery, always happy to try and fit people in, even on the day. The staff are friendly and the dentist (Caroline) that we see is superb - always happy to take the time to explain her thoughts. Only small thing is finding parking near the building isn’t easy, but still a 5 ⭐️ place !

Our family has been an NHS patient at this surgery since 2009. Never had a problem making an appointment and scheduling treatment, checkups, etc. You get regular reminders for your due checkup.They have digitalized all admin processes for the patients, which improves record-keeping and appointment booking. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful and the treatments we have occasionally required have kept us in good stead and generally fly through the checkups having followed the advice given.Like so many dentists now it's difficult to survive with just NHS patients ( times have changed). The practice has had to adapt and has implemented a more structured marketing approach, which is identifiable but not intrusive or uncomfortable.We shall continue to use the service in confidence that we shall continue to receive correct and affordable treatment that meets our needs.

I can quite honestly say that I have never laughed as much on a visit to a dentist than I do each time I visit flint house. David Pirouznia puts me at ease from the moment I walk in to the surgery and made my tooth extraction not only bearable but bizarrely enjoyable. The care is on another level. He explains everything fully and treats you like an individual not just a patient. The tooth came out cleanly without breaking as he took his time and kept me laughing with his dry sense of humour. Thank you again. Additionally the dental nurse who assisted David works so hard at this practice and goes out of her way to put her customers first , nothing is ever any trouble.Both of them a huge credit to this dental surgery 🙏🙏
